ABOUT

Kate McCahill is a writer, editor, and educator. Her first book, Patagonian Road: A Year Alone Through Latin America, was released in 2017. Kate has written, managed, and edited content for a number of organizations, including Wellesley College, the International Folk Art Market, the Museum of Fine Arts/Boston, the Harvard Business School, and IBM. Her writing has appeared in various magazines and publications, including VOX and The Millions.

Kate is an associate professor of English at Santa Fe Community College, where she also serves as faculty advisor and editor-in-chief of the Santa Fe Literary Review. She’s an alumna of Wellesley College and the Vermont College of Fine Arts. Kate lives in New Mexico with her family.
